Payment
Jimec Hotels & Suites requires 100% payment for a confirmed reservation. Do not transfer money until a hotel representative has called and provided verified payment instructions.
Free cancellation
A confirmed reservation can be cancelled without forfeiture no later than the calendar day before the scheduled check-in date.
Arrival-day cancellation and no-show
If a guest cancels on the scheduled check-in date, 100% of the confirmed payment is forfeited. The same 100% forfeiture applies when a guest does not arrive and does not cancel before the check-in date.
